Teams of 4 skiers take to the slopes of Vail in an effort to ski 40,000+ vertical feet! It’s a day of fun and endurance that will test your limits.
But that’s not all as the Blue Sky Cup is also committed to giving back by raising funds for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) research. Our co-founder, Jim Nollsch, has RA and each year we come together to support research for a cure. We hope that one day, despite RA, everyone who wants to ski, can ski in the Blue Sky Cup!
“We just ask you to ski a little harder, for a little longer, than any other day of the year.” – Hayden Fisher
“I’m fortunate that my rheumatoid arthritis hasn’t stopped me from skiing and living an active life, but many aren’t so lucky. Those living with RA have hope, thanks to research funded by CureArthritis.org. We hope you’ll help us support research to find a cure and join us for the next Blue Sky Cup!” – Jim Nollsch
